Webmail forgot password: how to reset it
Mailbox passwords are reset where the mailbox is managed, not on the webmail page.

No access to the control panel?
Ask whoever manages your company's email (often the IT person or the agency that set up the domain). Some cPanel webmail login pages have a “Reset password” link, but only if a recovery email was set for that mailbox.
After resetting
- Update the password in every app and phone that uses the mailbox; old ones will fail and can trigger a temporary lock.
- In ECOMHUTSY Webmail: Settings, Mailbox settings, update the password.
